This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using Agents Velo, you agree to follow this Policy.

Customers may not remove, delay, obscure, or circumvent this disclosure.
You may not remove, disable, conceal, or circumvent AI, recording, consent, opt-out, or other disclosures or safeguards required by Agents Velo.
3. Professional, High-Risk, and Emergency Uses
Agents Velo may not be used as an emergency response service or as a substitute for emergency services.
Agents Velo also may not be used to make, provide, or communicate decisions, advice, instructions, determinations, or information that applicable law requires to be provided or decided by a licensed, certified, or otherwise qualified professional.

Customers are solely responsible for the professional advice, regulated services, decisions, and information provided by their organization and may not rely on Agents Velo as a substitute for a qualified professional.
4. Data and Privacy
You may only provide Agents Velo with information that you have the legal right and organizational authority to use.
You may not knowingly use Agents Velo to improperly collect, disclose, or process sensitive or regulated information.
Unless Agents Velo has expressly approved a particular workflow, you may not use agents to collect or process highly sensitive credentials or identifiers such as:
- passwords;
- authentication codes;

Customers remain responsible for determining whether the information involved in their workflows may lawfully be collected, processed, recorded, stored, or transmitted.
5. Recording, Transcription, and Communications Compliance
Agents Velo services may record, transcribe, analyze, or otherwise process communications where enabled.
Whenever a voice conversation is recorded or transcribed, the agent must clearly disclose at the beginning of the conversation that the conversation may be recorded and/or transcribed. Customers may not remove, delay, obscure, or circumvent this disclosure.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their communications comply with applicable consent, disclosure, recording, telemarketing, messaging, privacy, and communications laws.
You may not disable or circumvent disclosures, consent mechanisms, opt-out mechanisms, suppression controls, or other compliance safeguards required by Agents Velo.
You must honor applicable requests to stop communications and must not knowingly provide Agents Velo with contact information that you are prohibited from contacting.
6. Testing Environment
Agents Velo may provide free or limited testing environments so customers can evaluate and refine their agents before production use.
Testing features may only be used for legitimate testing and evaluation.
You may not use the testing environment to:
- conduct production business operations;

- conduct unauthorized outbound campaigns;
- avoid payment or production usage requirements;
- provide ongoing customer service through a testing agent;
- exploit testing resources for purposes unrelated to evaluating the Agents Velo system; or

- create fraudulent, deceptive, duplicate, or unauthorized accounts;

- require changes before an agent or account feature is activated;
- suspend testing or production access;
