We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, service improvement, and business operations where that information no longer reasonably identifies an individual.
3. Customer Data and End-User Information
Agents Velo frequently processes information on behalf of our customers.
Our customers determine how their AI agents are configured, who they communicate with, what information they collect, what workflows they perform, and how information from those interactions is used.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the customer may act as the business, controller, or other party responsible for determining the purposes of processing, while Agents Velo acts as a service provider or processor on the customer's behalf.
Customers are responsible for:
- having the legal right to provide information to Agents Velo;
- obtaining required consent or authorization;
- providing required privacy, AI, recording, or communications disclosures;
- lawfully contacting individuals;
- configuring agents appropriately for their business; and
- complying with laws applicable to their collection and use of personal information.
If you interacted with an Agents Velo-powered agent on behalf of another company and have questions about how that company uses your information, you may need to contact that company directly.

These providers may support functions such as:
- AI voice and conversational processing;

Information may be transmitted to these providers when necessary to provide the applicable service.
We require service providers to handle information in accordance with applicable agreements and legal requirements.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information:
With service providers
We may provide information to vendors that help us operate Agents Velo.
Google sign-in information is shared only as necessary to provide, secure, or support account access; to comply with law; or as part of a business transaction described below. It is not shared for advertising, marketing unrelated to the Service, or sale of personal information.
With our customers
Conversation information, recordings, transcripts, summaries, analytics, collected information, and related interaction data may be available to the customer on whose behalf the AI agent operates.
With authorized integrations
If a customer connects Agents Velo with a CRM, scheduling system, webhook, business application, or other integration, information may be transmitted to or retrieved from that system as necessary to perform the requested workflow.
For legal or security purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, reorganization, or similar business transaction.
6. Payments
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Agents Velo does not intend to store full payment card credentials within its normal application systems. Payment providers may separately collect and process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Cookies and Analytics
Agents Velo uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, application functionality, preferences, analytics, billing, verification, and performance monitoring.
We do not currently use customer or interaction data for third-party behavioral advertising or advertising-network retargeting.
Additional information is available in our Cookie Policy.

Conversation recordings, transcripts, messages, analytics, and related information may also be subject to retention settings or limitations imposed by the customer or our service providers.
Authentication, verification, and security-event logs may also be retained for a reasonable period where necessary to maintain account security, investigate incidents, or comply with legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
You may request deletion of eligible personal information by contacting [email protected].
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
These safeguards may include authentication, verification controls, access controls, encryption, restricted administrative access, logging, monitoring, and other protections appropriate to the nature of the information.
No system can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where Agents Velo or its service providers operate.
Where required, we take appropriate measures regarding transfers and processing of personal information across jurisdictions.
12. Children
Agents Velo accounts and business services are intended for adults and organizations, and account holders must be at least 18 years old.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any use of Agents Velo involving minors is lawful and appropriate and that any required consent or authorization has been obtained.
